Hope in Motion Foundation, Inc. will host a resident-only arthritis support event at Barge Road Apartments. This program is designed to provide individuals with practical tools and resources that promote joint comfort, improve daily mobility, and support overall wellbeing.

Residents are invited to join us for a light lunch followed by an informative session led by speaker Hope Knosher, focused on arthritis awareness, joint-friendly techniques, and supportive items that can be used at home. Attendees will receive helpful tools for managing joint pain, along with guidance on simple, accessible strategies that encourage safer and more comfortable movement.
